I photographed this wedding right before quarantine happened. This was the last wedding I did with no social restrictions and now I look back on it and am grateful that I was able to do this for my clients and that it didn’t get cancelled. I think quarantine has really made me grateful for being able to get together with my family, friends, and clients – who become like family and friends.
It was a rainy morning at the temple. The videographer and I were both shielding our cameras from the water. The light was still beautiful though and I loved the opportunity to get out my clear umbrella for some romantic couple images outside the Phoenix LDS temple. Luckily, the storm blew out by the afternoon and opened up into a happy sunny sky.
You can really see the love and joy on the faces of this group in these images. My favorite part of the day was actually the bubble exit when they left the reception. The bride and groom did an unplanned jump together – I had no idea they were going to do that! – and I couldn’t be happier with how the final image turned out. Just a magical moment!
