Meg&Me Cinderella Project | Arizona Studio Photographer

 

This past Christmas, Meg&Me set up a special passion project to help a special family in need.  Disney’s live action Cinderella was chosen as the inspiration for this in-studio Mommy & Me Project. Everything was provided for these sessions by Meg&Me – props, wardrobe, background, etc. All the clients had to do was show up and get ready to play and have fun! The girl’s wardrobe was composed of lovely vintage designs by Dollcake Oh So Girly

Dollcake’s designs were perfect for the beautiful Cinderella themed Mommy & Me sessions! Their blue gowns and accessories made all of the girls feel like princesses. The mommy outfits from Mr. Pretty were equally stunning and we had our moms looking like queens posing with their little ones. We had gorgeous dress options for both mothers and daughters, but we had entire families participate in the session too!

Meg&Me set up this project via our VIP group on FB: Meg&Me VIP. We had so much fun sharing each mini session sneak peek and watching our percentage counter go up as we progressed towards our goal! This project was donation based, with each client making a donation of their choice in lieu of a session fee and 100% of all dollars earned going towards helping the family. A prize raffle was also created for different donation tiers with winners drawn at the end of the project.

We are proud to say that with the help of our amazing clients and families, we were able to reach our $1000 donation goal, and prizes were drawn and awarded at the different donation tiers. We delivered the donation gift to the family via Paypal and shared the result with our VIP group (with all personal info redacted for privacy). It was such a special joy to work on this project and to see the results of our work together in blessing a family during the holiday season!  We couldn’t be happier with how magical the images turned out and to see the smiles on our client’s faces. We hope to be able to do more projects like this in the future.
